He has built a distinguished career driving revenue growth, developing high-performing broker networks, and delivering strategic, data-driven solutions across competitive, multi-state markets.

Throughout his career, Henry has trained more than 2,500 agents and brokers, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to succeed. He has worked with several Fortune 500 companies, consistently contributing to year-over-year growth while providing brokers with actionable insights and effective sales strategies that strengthen performance and engagement.

Henry has held senior leadership roles including Territory Manager and Regional Sales Manager, where he consistently achieved 20% year-over-year growth and, in one exceptional year, exceeded 200% sales growth. His expertise spans Life & Health, Property & Casualty, Annuities, Long-Term Care, and Medicare Supplement products, supported by strong KPI analysis, broker training, and consultative sales leadership.

His leadership style is collaborative and diplomatic, marked by strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Henry is fully licensed in Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and Title Insurance, holds multiple certifications, and has earned numerous industry awards throughout his career. He also brings a unique foundation in healthcare administration and operational leadership.

He holds a Doctor of Ministry, Master of Divinity, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Family Bible Institute, College and Seminary. Beyond his professional work, Henry is passionate about reading, writing, and music, and he is deeply committed to supporting others as they pursue their spiritual, mental, physical, and financial goals.
